To get started, fill out our contact form and we will be in touch to start chatting about your event vibes before sending a custom event proposal.


To reserve your event date, we require:

1) 50% nonrefundable deposit

(remaining balance due 14 days before event date)

*Payment plan available - split event total up to 4 payments - restrictions apply*


2) Signed contract with debit/credit card on file

via access to HoneyBook client portal.

3) An additional $250 refundable security deposit is added to event total for any possible damages.

Included in the rental rate:

  • client portal access for easy event planning + communication

  • round + rectangle tables & acrylic ghost chairs

  • event layout setup & mockup provided

  • portable grass wall backdrop

  • portable custom bar 

  • bring your own food or caterer

  • prep kitchenette area (sink, full size refrigerator, prep table, ice machine)

  • bluetooth speaker for music

  • complimentary wi-fi connection

  • uplighting with choice of color

  • event design & decorations available to add on

  • seasonal outdoor patio space with patio furniture + fire pit

  • two ADA bathrooms

  • ample free parking

  • trusted & preferred event vendors list

Venue Hours: 10:00 am - 12:00 am


*We do not require an hour minimum. 



Hourly Rate $200

6 Hour Rental $1150

All Day Rental (10 hours) $1800



Hourly Rate $150

All Day Rental (10 hours) $1450

*All holidays are subject to Saturday rental rates.
